The breakfast had extensive options. Staff were attentive. The proximity to the tram made getting around simple. I found that the hotel restaurant provided convenient dining, and the meals I had were satisfying. It was so good.

i was given a room in an old annex outside of the main hotel. it did not had any facilities of a 4star. the room had a bad rotten smell.

The location works great for families because it is a short walk to the tram. The hotel provides fresh towels every day. Rooms were cleaned daily. Complimentary water was a lifesaver for me, I drink it like a fish. Breakfast had many choices for everyone. The fresh fruit impressed me most, there were strawberries and melon.
Pillows made it difficult to sleep, I needed five pillows to feel like I might be able to sleep.

Customer service was excellent due to one staff member. She were really nice too accommodate my daughter and I. She brought out toys for my daughter. She brought me drinks while I waited for my flight home.

The hotel is close to a tram line, a short taxi ride from the airport. I found fresh towels in my room everyday, and the room was cleaned daily, that's a plus. complimentary water each day really helped. I liked the light fittings and the overall design. It felt timeless.
the pillows were too soft, I needed several to get comfortable.

The staff was attentive and ready to help. I appreciated that. One staff member, Sydney, provided excellent customer service and was always smiling. the reception workers helped book taxis and offered information.
